Career Launch Outcomes

Career Launch engages staff in educating students about career awareness and career preparation using a comprehensive career development program aligned with Michigan’s Career Development Model.  

Special instructional components featured in Career Launch include online curriculum viewing for staff, students and parents; K-12 teacher career action plans for classroom instruction; individual student virtual learning opportunities; parent-child career action plans practical for home-based learning; professionally designed easy to navigate website; and educational career videos.  In addition, Career Launch team leaders keep in close communication with Career Launch curriculum participants.

The following goals and outcome results are indicators of Career Launch Program achievements measured by students completing Education Development Plans, Career Portfolios and Diploma Endorsement requirements. Career Launch goals are achieved when students enter the world of work with Career Plans.
